TOPRENE™ is a tri-block copolymer based on styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene (SEBS) manufactured by KKPC.
It is a series of hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomers with excellent weatherability resistance, heat resistance and elastic properties. The molecular structure of TOPRENE™ is similar to that of a block copolymer system. where the saturated rubber mid-block is formed by a flexible elastomeric chain of E/B(polyethylene/polybutylene). The two end-blocks are of a hard thermoplastic(PS), which show thermoplastic properties.
